Here’s What We’ll Do…

  • Personally meet with you in your home.
  • Provide a free home analysis report.
  • Provide an estimate of seller’s closing costs.
  • Provide up to 20 photographs.
  • Offer a six-month listing on MetroList. *Renew at no additional cost and you may cancel anytime.
  • Syndicate your listing to 10+ websites.
  • Provide printable flyers.
  • Provide feedback. Know what buyers and Realtors are thinking about your home.
  • Provide yard sign, flyer box, lockbox and open house signs.
  • Advertise your open houses on MLS,,, Zillow and Trulia websites.

Here’s What You’ll Do…

  • Have your home ready for pictures at the time you schedule the appointment to list your home. If preferred, you may provide up to 20 of your own photos via email.
  • Make a list of all the updates and special features of your home and have it ready for our in-home meeting.
  • Complete the listing paperwork provided by Help-U-Sell Alpha Realty.
  • Have a restricted service listing on MLS.
  • Offer a 3% buyer’s agent commission to a licensed Realtor should they show your home and bring you an acceptable offer. (Selling commissions are paid at closing to Realtor’s broker.) You do not have to be present for these showings.
  • Understand that this is an advertising-only agreement, and all questions and offers will be presented to you directly. This is an entry-only listing unless you opt for additional services.
  • Understand that you still have the right to sell your home yourself and not pay out any additional commission should the buyer come to you directly.
  • Know that additional assistance is available to you should you need it.
  • Notify us when you’ve signed a contract and give us all the details as to closing date, sale price, Realtor name, if any, and escrow name and escrow number so that we may close it out of the MLS when the house is sold.
